Prior to that, she was the Director of Intermediary Liability at Stanford&#8217;s Center for Internet and Society. Before that she was Associate General Counsel for Google, where she had primary responsibility for the company\u2019s search products. Her work focuses on platform regulation and Internet users&#8217; rights, and in particular on legal protections for users\u2019 free expression rights when state and private power intersect.<\/p>\n<p>Daphne Keller&#8217;s paper, &#8220;Who Do You Sue?
