His work there has spanned a wide range of areas, including digital rights and government surveillance. Prior to joining the ACLU, he worked at a law firm where he focused on civil rights and workers\u2019 rights, and prior to that he was a law clerk in United States District Court for the District of Nevada and a legal fellow at the ACLU of Southern California.
